Project Management

BP design provides comprehensive project management services to oversee all phases of the design-build process. We advise clients in choosing the right contractors and rely on strong working relationships with top contractors, masons, irrigation consultants and other landscape professionals.

Planting Installation

Utilizing our established network of nursery professionals, we ensure the careful selection and installation of plant materials, purchased at competitive pricing. Plant materials are usually hand-selected by BP design.

Contract Bidding

To assist clients during the bidding process, we assemble a prospective contractors list (with ideally 3 contractors), send out drawings, walk bidders through the site, respond to questions and help to review project bids.

Construction Observation

We conduct periodic site visits to monitor the progress of the work and ensure the project is proceeding in accordance with the Construction Drawings.
